I am Sujean and I'd like to welcome you to our group. Just a little about me; I am a Mom of 6, Nana to 12 and a Foster mom to 1 currently. We are raising one of our grandsons and a foster. Life is very busy, but I still try and make time for crafting.
I hope you enjoy this group and look forward to it growing with everyone.

Hi, everyone! I'm a work at home mom of one, a beautiful 4 year old little girl that I thank God for everyday. She was concieved against great odds and is truely an answered prayer. I make hair accessories and consign them in a few local shops, take custom orders from my facebook page and shops, and do a few shows and festivals here and there. I live in Mid-Missouri with my wonderful man who works for a natural gas pipeline. What else can I say? I'm living the good life!

Re Welcome to the group
I'm Mary and from Eastern MO. I'm a single adoptive mom of 2 girls, have flex hours with my job (working at the office and at home), and am very busy! Crafting is my stress reliever and I've been learning since I was 10. I did much more selling before I became a mom, but now they are old enough that I'm getting back into it all w/o taking attention away from them. They are my testers, critics and supporters!
I'm a Pinterest addict now and there's so much I want to try! I make bows, headbands, crochet and sew.
I love to create and then make someone happy with it!
I prefer Yahoo over forums, but do follow just a few. I keep the links visible on my toolbar so that I remember to check them often.

Hi Mary,
I hope that you will enjoy it here. I hope it goes well, but will take a bit for everyone to catch on and start posting in the different areas. We will see how it goes, but glad you are here.

Hi, Tracy! Thanks for coming over and introducing yourself. We are learning this new format but I think it will be fun. It sounds like you are a very busy woman!

Re: Welcome to the group
Hi ladies!!
I'm Debbie Ward from MD... mom to 3 "adult" kiddos... 2 still in college and 1 just graduated from grad school and is now out in the work force!!! Married and "mom" to 3 bostons, 1 mini doxie and 3 cats..
I can't say I'm into making hairbows.. I actually joined several hair bow groups when my friend wanted me to learn to make items for her shop.. HA I am all thumbs so I haven't even attempted that nor do I think I will..
I am retired after working 31 long yrs for our local govt.. wasn't allowed to be a stayhome mom until my 2 youngest (twins) were seniors in highschool.. I rep for several direct sales companies, but am attempting to get crafty and hope to find some talent within... so far I'm learning to crochet a wee bit, and knit. I sew a little and took a class at our local comm college and made a cute little pillowcase dress. I have no grandchildren yet (thankfully since my kids need education & jobs)... but I gave the dress to my youngest daughters good friend for her little girl.. everyone loved it, so it was a huge hit..
My oldest daughters bf lost his job and in the meantime he stops by here and helps me out some. I need to unclutter my house as hubby says it's like a warehouse. We are starting up in the attic, sorting, organizing, pitching things out. We will be putting down more flooring and then relocating items from my other 2 floors up there in some order! My girls don't live here anymore and the older girl still needs to clear out her room or box it up for the attic, that will be my spare bedroom for the time being. My other girls room I need to get all my stash out of it, to the attic, sell what I don't want/need and then make that my sewing room. Once my son moves out I will move my sewing room to his room as it's the brightest room in the house, move the spare/guest room to other room and make what was spare room my office/storage.. hopefully!!
I want to get into machine embroidery I have a machine but no room to set things up at the moment!
thanks for letting me join!
I read emails, etc and learn things from you all..
Deb
